I put this success and longevity down to four key factors.

Our bespoke approach

As a privately owned business, we can provide a highly personalised and tailored relationship. With larger multi-nationals, there is often a more “cookie-cutter” mentality.

We focus on investing in long-lasting relationships, built on the regular evaluation of our clients’ needs allowing us to develop innovative solutions.

The development and launch of our SaaS product Rezcontrol is testament to this approach. Four years in the making, we have created a highly adaptable and responsive system which has been created from the perspective of people working in and running hotel businesses.

Flexibility and agility

While multi-national companies focus on the consistency of their outputs with lengthy processes, their flexibility is stifled. At Avondata, flexibility and agility are always at the forefront of our innovation. This focus, alongside a personal touch through collaboration, is why we produced a system which receives weekly updates to the core product as well as regular new modules.

In 2021 we brought innovation to the way our clients organise housekeeping and event management within their hotels. From a mobile housekeeping app, detailed function sheets and guest communication email templates to tasks and alerts for each user or team – these automations coordinate everything for our clients.

Aftercare

Where some PMS providers focus on the sell not the delivery, we believe we provide a level of aftercare second-to-none in the industry.

For example, a standard industry helpdesk experience can be frustratingly time consuming often involving support tickets, generic email replies and standard FAQ answers. We know how this can make a client feel… like a number.
