We are thrilled to announce the completion of our integration with ResDiary. This collaboration will bring Avondata clients the advantage of a market-leading restaurant reservation platform within our cloud-based hotel property management system, Rezcontrol PMS.
Restaurant reservation platform, ResDiary, was founded in 2006 by Mike Conyers, in Glasgow, Scotland. Faced with the frustration of paying extortionate fees on lacklustre platforms, he decided to build his own system. The company went from humble beginnings, and a team of two, to the business it is today. In April 2018, it was announced that ResDiary had been acquired by French hospitality giant, AccorHotels, for an undisclosed fee.
ResDiary is currently used by over nine thousand businesses across six continents. Millions of covers are booked monthly using ResDiary applications, venue websites, APIs, and social media.
In addition, ResDiary’s consumer-facing platform, Dishcult, receives hundreds of thousands of visits per month. This allows ResDiary-powered venues to increase online exposure and extra bookings as part of their monthly fee.
Two-way integration
The ResDiary and Rezcontrol PMS partnership is a two-way integration, which allows both systems to share important data. Bookings can be created, altered, and cancelled if required directly from Rezcontrol PMS.
