The team at Avondata are proud to announce the release of Rezcontrol, an innovative, one-stop hotel property management system.
Designed to be a complete solution for every aspect of hotel management, the system has been four years in development by our team here at Avondata.
Rezcontrol provides hotel staff, and management, with access to a range of features enabling them to offer guests a truly seamless and memorable experience.
The system provides hotels with an online reservation platform that is easily integrated into the hotel’s website. Staff can view important KPIs and quickly make rate changes according to business needs.
Rezcontrol even provides an efficient system for housekeeping teams to communicate with the front desk, alerting any maintenance needs and real-time updating when rooms are cleaned and checked for the next check-in.
The event management functions allow easy quotations, invoices and function sheets for weddings, parties, and corporate events. Rezcontrol PMS offers unlimited user licenses and can be accessed from any device – PC, Mac, tablet, or smartphone. The planner tool offers a holistic view of upcoming bookings, events, and notices, while the main dashboard displays key statistical information.
Supporting over 150 Online Travel Agent, booking engine and GDS connections, Rezcontrol promotes maximum online exposure, whilst driving up revenue with its many rate management features.
The system integrates with Google My Business to enable a book now button which guests can use to book a room in just a few clicks.
Rezcontrol is now being used by our hotel and pub customers.

Guests can be given more options for contactless and automated services as Rezcontrol can be used to offer tablet and mobile device self-check-in. This feature speeds up the arrivals process and enables guests to start their stay in a relaxed and efficient manner and reduces contact and processing time for staff.
