This month we are happy to announce our integration with Access Collins – a comprehensive SaaS solution that manages every aspect of restaurant reservations and management.
The software has been part of Access Group portfolio since the 2017 acquisition of holding company DesignMyNight.
A background on Access Collins
Access Collins is a market leader in the hospitality industry. A comprehensive hospitality reservation software for restaurants, bars and pubs which allows hospitality operators to optimise space, increase efficiency and drive foot traffic.
Used by operators to simplify the customer communication process and enhance the customer experience from booking and beyond, it is ideal for independent operators and larger, multi-venues.
The system makes restaurant reservations, enquiry management, table management, comprehensive reporting, pre-ordering and payment easier for you to manage.
Access Collins is used across the entire estate of our client Fuller’s as well as hospitality favourites Young’s, Brewdog, The Big Table and Nightjar.
How does this integration benefit Rezcontrol PMS?
Once a room reservation has been made in Rezcontrol, your team can make a table booking for that guest without leaving the reservation – no need to switch applications or re-enter guest details. Rezcontrol queries Collins for live table availability and passes the booking back to Collins when completed. The table booking details can be included into the room booking confirmation so the guest receives just one confirmation email for their stay and dining arrangements.
In addition, if a room booking is cancelled in Rezcontrol, the table booking will automatically be cancelled in Collins ensuring that table is freed up for another booker.
